What is the Moksha Method?

The Moksha Method was first developed by Dr. Meenakshi Shal in 1997. For nearly 30 years, she has used it to successfully address a wide range of medical conditions.

Every individual that Dr. Shal worked with has been unique - with different needs, conditions, and responses to healing. With each person, she applied the Moksha Method, carefully refining it based on real-life outcomes. This ongoing practice has shaped the method into a simple and effective system that can be practised by anyone, at any age and in any condition.

The foundation of the Moksha Method is Sukshma Vyayama. Through deep study, Dr Shal distilled Ashtanga Yoga (the Eight Limbs of Yoga) into Sukshma Vyayama - subtle yogic techniques designed to unlock powerful healing mechanisms within the body. Sukshma Vyayama serves as both a diagnostic and therapeutic tool - it uncovers the root cause of imbalance while activating the appropriate healing mechanisms.

At Moksha, we use an integrated approach and, where needed, take the support of Ayurveda, Nutrition, Acupuncture, Light Therapy, Hydro Therapy, and Modern Medicine.
