The Flow

Each program follows a carefully structured learning pathway and progresses through three levels: Foundations, Beginners, and Advanced. After completing the Advanced level, you can join our Ongoing sessions for continued practise, support and growth.


Step 1 – Foundations

Format: 1 session, 2 hours Begin your journey with an immersive session introducing you to Moksha’s holistic approach. This foundational class helps you determine if our method aligns with your health and wellness goals, providing a first-hand experience of our philosophy and teaching style.

Step 2 – Beginners

Format: 8 sessions, 1 hour each (spreads over 4 weeks, 2 sessions per week) Deepen your understanding of the body’s systems and start building the self-awareness necessary for initiating healing. Through practical techniques and guided learning, you’ll begin the process of restoring balance and well-being.

Format: 8 sessions, 1 hour each (spread over 4 weeks, 2 sessions per week) Refine your understanding and master holistic techniques in this advanced level. You’ll gain the tools and knowledge to manage your health independently and sustain long-term wellness, focusing on reversing specific mal-adaptations.

Format: Continuous drop-in classes After completing the Advanced level, our Ongoing sessions provide a supportive environment for continued growth. These mixed sessions integrate elements from all specific programs, allowing you to maintain and deepen your practice over time.
